The project will include:

• Milling the existing pavement and resurfacing it with new asphalt areas along US 8 within the project limits except for the section between Fire Keeper and Bug Lake roads.
• Removing the climbing lane from Grandview Avenue to High View Drive and improving storm water drainage in the area.
• Reconfiguring the lanes between Wildwood and Grandview avenues.
• Making profile and horizontal adjustments on US 8 between Fire Keeper and Bug Lake roads.
• Grading slopes and removing cable guard throughout the corridor at existing cable guard locations.
• Replacing several culvert pipes.
