WisDOT plans to spot replace portions of concrete pavement, remove pavement marking and place epoxy pavement marking.  The roadway is being reconfigured to include a two-way left turn lane through most of the project.  In addition, a new rectangular rapid flashing beacon will be installed at the W Broadway St. intersection and relocation of the rectangular rapid flashing beacon at the W Oak St. intersection.
