The project is designed to improve safety and pavement conditions along the corridor. Designed improvements include:

• Widen the paved shoulders to 5-feet between the county line and County A
• Replace the existing pavement and subgrade
• Install centerline and shoulder rumble strips between the county line and County A
• Upgrade the curb ramp at the US 12/Pioneer Drive intersection
