Construction includes:

• Replacing culvert C-47-2, which carries a branch of Goose Creek under WIS 65 in the town of Ellsworth, reconstructing the roadway and removing guardrail
• Replacing culvert C-47-5, which carries a branch of the south fork of the Kinnickinnic River under WIS 65 in the town of River Falls, reconstructing the roadway and removing guardrail
• Repairing the wing walls on culvert C-47-236, which carries a drainageway east of 490th Street under US 10, and replacing guardrail at that location
• Replacing culvert C-47-242, which carries a drainageway northwest of 400th Street under US 10, reconstructing the road where work is being completed, replacing the guardrail on the north side of the highway and removing guardrail on the south side
