Construction includes:

• Placing an asphalt overlay on 530^th Avenue for local detour route
• Reconstructing 0.2 mile of US 10 east of the County E intersection to lower the state highway’s vertical curve by five feet
• Replacing culvert pipe
• Placing new pavement markings
