During construction:

• US 63 will remain open to traffic.
  • Motorists will encounter temporary lane closures at times on US 63 and Spruce Street controlled by flagging operations.
  • For part of the project, motorists will use a temporary bypass built west of the existing highway, which will include a temporary connection to Spruce Street.
• Access will be maintained to properties in the work zone.
