Construction includes:

• Removing 2.5 inches of the existing pavement and overlaying the roadway with 3.25 inches of new asphalt
• Adding centerline rumble strips
• Adding culvert liners and replacing culvert end walls
• Cleaning and shaping ditches
• Adjusting guardrail and grade end terminals
• Placing gravel shoulders and new pavement markings
