Construction in 2025 includes:

• Removing a portion of the existing pavement and placing new asphalt pavement
• Replacing storm sewer on Elm Street
• Updating sidewalk curb ramps

Construction in 2026 includes:

• Modifying traffic signals at Columbia Street, Grand Avenue, Central Street, Spring Street and River Street
  • This work originally was planned to be done in 2025, but it has been pushed to 2026 because of utility conflicts on River Street.
