Construction includes:

• Removing a portion of the existing pavement and replacing it with 3.25 inches of new asphalt
• Widening the paved shoulders
• Adding centerline and shoulder rumble strips
• Adjusting and/or replacing guardrail sections
• Upgrading sidewalk curb ramps to meet Americans With Disabilities Act standards
• Improving culverts and adjacent ditches
• Repairing or replacing culverts
