Construction includes:

• Removing 2.75 inches of the existing pavement in rural areas and 3.75 inches of the existing pavement in urban areas and placing 3.75 inches of new asphalt pavement along the entire length of the project
• Widening paved shoulders
• Adding centerline and shoulder rumble strips
• Adjusting or replacing guardrail
• Cleaning, repairing or replacing culverts
• Cleaning ditches
• Upgrading sidewalk curb ramps to meet Americans With Disabilities Act standards and completing curb and gutter work where necessary
