​During construction:

• WIS 13 will remain open to through traffic, but motorists will encounter lane shifts during the various stages of construction and lane closures controlled by flagging.
• Truck traffic will be detoured via WIS 112 and US 2.
• Temporary accommodations will be provided for pedestrians where necessary.
