WIS 13 is open to most traffic. In addition:

• North- and southbound traffic is operating on the northbound lanes from 16^th to US 2.
• The following intersections are closed at WIS 13: Main Street West, 6^th Street West, 7^th Street West, 9^th Street West and the Northland College northwest entrance.
• Motorists will encounter lane closures controlled by flagging operations south of 16^th Street during milling and paving operations.
• Truck traffic is being detoured via WIS 112 and US 2.
