Construction includes:

• Removing 2 1/4 inches of existing pavement and placing 3 1/4 inches of new asphalt pavement.
• Grading shoulders to match the new edge of the asphalt pavement.
• Repairing, replacing or cleaning culvert pipes.
• Replacing an end terminal on a section of guardrail and adjusting the height on another segment.
• Placing new pavement markings.
