During construction, WIS 70 will remain open to traffic, but motorists will encounter.

• A single lane of traffic controlled by two-way stop signs, which will allow drivers to take turns proceeding through a short work zone.
  • There will be an 11-foot lane width restriction.
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 30 mph leading into the stop signs at each end of the project limits.
