Construction will be staged to allow WIS 93 remain open to traffic.

• During stage 1:
  • The driving lanes on the north- and southbound bridges will remain open to traffic, but the passing lanes will be closed for construction.
  • The ramp from WIS 93 to westbound I-94 will be closed.
• During stage 2:
  • The passing lanes on the north- and southbound bridges will remain open to traffic, but the driving lanes will be closed for construction.
  • The ramp from WIS 93 to westbound I-94 will be closed.
• During stage 3
  • The passing lane on the northbound bridge will remain open to vehicular traffic, and pedestrian traffic will be shifted to the driving lane, so work can be completed on the sidewalk.

Motorists will encounter single-lane closures on I-94, so bridge piers can be fiber wrapped. This work is anticipated to take place in late August and early September.
