• Westbound bridge over the Black River:
  • Overlay the bridge deck with concrete.
  • Repair the abutment back walls.
  • Replace the bridge joints and concrete approach slabs.
• Westbound bridge over the Union Pacific railroad tracks:
  • Replace the deck.
  • Replace pier caps and concrete approach slabs.
  • Repaint girders.

Construction in 2025 includes:

• Rehabbing the eastbound structures.
