During construction:

• I-94 will remain open to traffic, but motorists will encounter single-lane closures during nonpeak travel times.
  • Initially, lane closures will be in both directions.
• In addition, County J and County D will be closed during demolition of the existing bridges carrying eastbound I-94 over them and construction of new structures.
  • The structure over County J will be replaced first, and County J is expected to close to traffic at I-94 on Monday, March 23.
