I-94 is open to traffic, but:

• Motorists will encounter single-lane closures during nonpeak travel hours.
• The speed limit in both directions is 60 mph.
  • The speed limit is expected to return to 70 mph in the work zone the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 21.
