This project starts at WIS 27 and goes from Icon/Idyllview Ave to River Road in Monroe County. The purpose of this project is to preserve and improve the existing highway pavement for WIS 27.

Improvements include:

• Asphalt pavement will be milled and overlaid.
• Paved shoulders will be widened to 5 feet.
• Guardrail will be updated to standards.
• Updated pavement markings.
• New traffic signals.
