The purpose of this project is to preserve and improve the existing interstate pavement. This work will consist of asphaltic surface milling, grading, base aggregate dense, HMA pavement, emergency pullouts, pavement marking.

Stage 1A: Construct outside lane and shoulder of I-94 and the outside lane of I-90/94 between MM 45 – MM 46.6. Construction inside lane and shoulder of I-90 MM 45 – MM 45.2

Stage 1B: Construct inside lane and shoulder of I-90/94 MM 45 – MM 46.6

Stage 2A: Construct the inside lane and shoulder of I-90/94 MM 54.2 – MM 55.4

Stage 2B: Construct the outside lane and shoulder of I-90/94 and exit ramp to County C MM 54.2 – MM 55.4.

Stage 2C: Construct the outside lane and shoulder of I-90 and outside shoulder of I-90/94 MM 45 – MM 46.6

Stage 3A: Construct the inside lane and shoulder of I-90/94 eastbound MM 46.6 – MM 54.2.

Stage 3B: Construct the outside lane and shoulder of I-90/94 MM 46.6 – MM 54.2. I-90/94 ramps to County PP will be constructed half at a time.

Stage 4: Construct all permanent pavement markings for I-90/94.
