The purpose of this project is to preserve and improve the existing interstate pavement by rehabilitating the existing pavement through the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt overlay(s).

Stage 1: Complete HMA pavement on I-94 EB & WB from US 12 to I-90/94 interchange

Stage 2: Complete I-90 EB & WB from US 12/16 to I-90/94 interchange

Stage 3: Complete 10ft shoulder on I-90/94 WB from Camp Douglas to I-90/94 interchange

Stage 4: Complete I-90/94 WB median widening and crossover construction from Camp Douglas to I-90/94 interchange

Stage 5: Complete HMA pavement on mainline of I-90/94 WB from Camp Douglas to I-90/94 interchange
