During construction, County O and Decker Drive will remain open to traffic, but motorists might encounter lane closures.

• Emergency access to the project area will be maintained at all times.
• Entrances to businesses, private drives and fields will be accessible at all times unless written permission is obtained from the property owner 48 hours in advance of closing the access.
• The shared-use path that runs along the north side of County will be maintained and open during construction. During working hours construction staff may need to provide flagging and assistance to some users through the work zone.
