Construction includes:

• Replacing the bridge deck.
• Replacing the WIS 64 pavement on both sides of the structure.
• Cleaning and painting bearings.
• Completing spot painting of girders.
• Adding new expansion joints and drains.
• Placing pavement markings and signs.
• Replacing guardrail.
