This project will make improvements to the WIS 75 and County A (Plank Road) intersection in Racine County, including the construction of a new roundabout.

Project Improvements Include:

• Replace the 2-way stop control intersection with a roundabout
• Installation of street lighting
• Culvert replacement on the Norway-Dover drainage ditch

Traffic Impacts and Detours:

• The WIS 75 and County A intersection will be fully closed during construction.
  • A detour will be posted utilizing WIS 20 to US 45 to WIS 11.
• No detour will be posted for County A.

Schedule:

Work is scheduled to begin the week of July 15 and be completed in late fall 2024.
