Project Updates

June 20 Update:

The concrete crews were on site this week installing curb and gutter and sidewalk. The early part of next week will be allowing the curb to gain strength with topsoil and restoration efforts towards the end of next week. Asphalt paving is schedule prior to the 4th of July holiday weekend with pavement markings and signing after the holiday. As of now and weather dependent, we are hoping to re-open WIS 20 late the week of July 7 or the following week.

Roadway Schedule (Weather Dependent)

  • Week of June 16 – Begin Curb and Gutter, sidewalk. (Ongoing – hopefully completed today)
  • Week of June 23 – Let concrete gain strength, topsoil/restoration
  • Week of June 30 – Grade the gravel, asphalt paving, install overhead sign
  • Week of July 7 – Permanent signing and pavement marking.
