This project will make improvements to approximately 1.8 miles of WIS 158 (52nd Street) between the I-94/41 Frontage Road and County H (88th Avenue) in Kenosha County.

Improvements Include:

• Resurfacing of asphalt pavement within project limits
• Upgrading signal equipment at the WIS 158/104th Avenue intersection and the WIS 158/County H (88th Avenue) intersection.
• Culvert replacement across WIS 158.
• New pavement markings and signing

Traffic Impacts and Detour:

WIS 158 (52nd Street) will be closed to through traffic between the I-94/41 Frontage Road and County H (88th Avenue) for the duration of this project.

The posted detour will utilize WIS 31 (Green Bay Road), WIS 50 (75th Street), and I-94/41.

Schedule:

This project is scheduled to begin in early spring 2025 and be completed by late summer 2025.
