As part of the Zoo Interchange project, Moorland Road, between the entrance and exit ramps at I-94, will be rehabilitated. The work is scheduled to begin Monday, March 19 and will continue for approximately 6 weeks. Work will be completed during overnight hours only and will require nightly lane closures on Moorland Road as well as ramp closures to and from I-94.
In the event of exit ramp closures:
– I-94 eastbound and westbound traffic should exit at Barker Road or WIS 100 and take Greenfield Avenue or Bluemound Road to access Moorland Road.
In the event of entrance ramp closures:
– Traffic wishing to travel east or west on I-94, from Moorland Road, should utilize Bluemound Road or Greenfield Avenue to enter the freeway at Barker Road or WIS 100.
All activities are scheduled to occur overnight and are likely to create noise and/or dust during the course of the project. Be assured that we always work hard to minimize the impact of these events, but, if you have a concern, please do not hesitate to contact us. The project team appreciates your patience during this period of intense construction in your area.
