{"id":5,"date":"2026-04-07T15:12:21","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T20:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/wis54wood\/schedule\/"},"modified":"2026-05-01T09:40:56","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T14:40:56","slug":"schedule","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/wis54wood\/schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Schedule and Traffic Impacts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Page last updated: <\/strong>May 1, 2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: <\/strong>April 14 to Aug. 31, 2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anticipated work scheduled:<\/strong> Crews will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continue sawing the pavement for removals.<\/li>\n<li>Finish working on the inlet adjustments in the median areas on the west end of the project and begin the inlet adjustments on the east end of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Finish working on the pavement repair areas in the westbound median lane and begin the repairs on the eastbound median lane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Traffic impacts (the next 10 days):\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The median lane in the eastbound and westbound directions on WIS 54 is closed to traffic from 26th Street North in Wisconsin Rapids to Bus 51\/Post Road in Plover.<\/li>\n<li>Motorists can expect delays at intersections as the various work operations progress thru them.
