The public, local/state/federal officials, stakeholder groups and businesses have been involved throughout the development of the US 10/WIS 441 Expansion, including refinement of the preferred alternative, gathering data, and preparing the Environmental Assessment. May 19, 2015 – Noise Barrier PIM and voting information meeting
WisDOT hosted a PIM to provide the WIS 441 adjacent landowners and corridor residents with an opportunity to learn about the noise barrier process, ask questions and submit comments. Please note, the voting process is complete, and noise walls will be built at all locations deemed reasonable and feasible by WisDOT noise studies. March 17, 2015 – Appleton Road Interchange Business Meeting
WisDOT hosted an Appleton Road Interchange Pre-Closure Business Meeting to provide information on upcoming 75-day closure of the Appleton Road interchange, temporary business signing opportunities and detour/alternate routes.
March 2, 2015 – Corridor-wide Public involvement meeting
WisDOT hosted a PIM to provide road closure, traffic impacts, and updated design and construction information on the WIS 441 Tri-County Expansion Project.

January 27, 2015 – Public Involvement Meeting
WisDOT hosted a follow up PIM to present the refined design alternative for the Racine Rd (County P) ramp and intersection at 12th Street. The PIM was held on January 27, 2015 and presented design highlights and improvements based on previous feedback and concerns. WisDOT also reviewed impacts to County P, 12th Street, and residential/business driveway access.
June 3, 2014 – Public Involvement Meeting
WisDOT hosted a second PIM to discuss access at Racine Rd (County P) and 12th St. The PIM was held on June 3, 2014 and presented a new alternative based on feedback received from the previous meeting.
May 6, 2014 – Public Involvement Meeting
WisDOT hosted a local officials meeting on April 28, 2014 as well as business and public involvement meetings on May 6, 2014 to provide corridor-wide updates on a variety of topics and preview short-term and long-term construction schedules, beginning in 2014. Comparable materials were presented at all three meetings.
June 25, 2013 – Public Information Meeting
WisDOT hosted a public information meeting on June 25, 2013, to provide updates on engineering plans and future construction.
February 26, 2013 – Local Officials Meeting
WisDOT hosted a meeting for local officials on February 26, 2013 to discuss community sensitive solutions for the upcoming WIS 441 expansion.
