Construction taking place in Vernon County includes culvert improvements near Mallard Lane. Additional improvements include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconstruct WIS 35<\/li>\n<li>Reconstruct WIS 35\/County GI\/County K intersection<\/li>\n<li>Replace bridge deck and widen the existing structure over Mormon Creek to accommodate roadway shift in WIS 35 and future shared-use path<\/li>\n<li>Grade for a future shared-use path along the west side of WIS 35 from County GI to Sunnyside Drive<\/li>\n<li>Replace the 36&#8243; triple metal culvert pipes under WIS 35 just south of County GI with three 58.5&#8243; x 36&#8243; concrete pipe arch culverts and concrete masonry end walls<\/li>\n<li>Install a new 5&#8242; x 12&#8242; concrete box culvert under WIS 35 in place of the 36&#8243; triple metal culvert pipes located just north of the Vernon\/La Crosse County line<\/li>\n<li>Install three new 36&#8243; concrete culvert pipes under WIS 35 north of Mallard Lane in Vernon County<\/li>\n<li>Replace and add various culvert pipes; add new storm sewer near Cottonwood Drive and County GI\/County K intersections; improve ditches and drainage flow throughout the project limits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WisDOT will reconstruct WIS 35 between the La Crosse\/Vernon County line to Sunnyside Drive in La Crosse County.
