Local traffic will be able to access homes and businesses.<\/li>\n<li>From Sept. 8 to Sept. 10, the US 8\/WIS 32 intersection will be down to one lane with flaggers during the day. Traffic will only be allowed to continue east and west on US 8. East Glen Street will be closed. The intersection will be back open by the end of each day.
