Traffic will travel on milled surfaces, which will be properly signed with bump signs at transitions. Temporary centerline markings shall be installed at the end of each workday.<\/li>\n<li>The WIS 23 and WIS 49\/County A intersection will have flagging operations in all directions for milling and paving.
