The purpose of the project is to replace the deteriorated pavement, repair storm sewer, and improve pedestrian and bicycle accommodations.<\/p>\n<h2>Traffic Impacts<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Stage 1 &#8211; Begins Late March<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eastbound traffic along Durand Avenue will be closed and detoured\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>DETOUR:<\/strong> Southbound onto Lathrop Avenue &#8211;&gt; Eastbound onto Chicory Road &#8211;&gt; Northbound onto WIS 32 (Sheridan Road).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Westbound traffic along Durand Avenue will be reduced to one lane<\/li>\n<li>Traffic along Memorial Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Stage 2 and 3 &#8211; Anticipated to Begin July<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eastbound traffic along Durand Avenue reopens<\/li>\n<li>Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction along Durand Avenue<\/li>\n<li>Traffic along Memorial Drive remains one lane in each direction<\/li>\n<li>There will be intermittent driveway and side road closures throughout the project.
