(See Map for a visual of the route.)<\/li>\n<li>For other work, motorists\u00a0can expect the following impacts:\n<ul>\n<li>Single-lane closures controlled by flagging operations during normal construction hours.<\/li>\n<li>Access to be maintained to businesses, fields and residences.<\/li>\n<li>In the village of Balsam Lake:\n<ul>\n<li>Parking will be limited at times during active construction in the parking lanes.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodations will be made for pedestrians when curb ramp replacements are occurring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WIS 46 will remain open to traffic throughout most of construction; however, a DETOUR will be required for part of the work.
