{"id":3,"date":"2017-02-22T23:28:50","date_gmt":"2017-02-23T05:28:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/i94wis128\/overview\/"},"modified":"2017-04-06T14:11:48","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T19:11:48","slug":"overview","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/i94wis128\/","title":{"rendered":"Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has scheduled an improvement project at the I-94\/WIS 128 interchange in St. Croix County for the spring of 2017.\u00a0During construction the WIS 128 bridge\u00a0over I-94\u00a0will be removed and replaced with a wider structure, the\u00a0section of\u00a0WIS 128 roadway\u00a0from 50th Avenue to 56th Avenue will be reconstructed, interchange ramps will be reconstructed, and new roundabouts will be built.<\/p>\n<p>During construction, WIS 128 will remain open to traffic. Motorist can expect to encounter lane shifts and flagging operations on WIS 128 throughout the project.<\/p>\n<p>I-94 will have single lane closures during off-peak traffic hours. I-94 traffic will be routed to the off-on ramps during bridge removal for a maximum of four nights.<\/p>\n<p>All interchange ramps will remain open to traffic at all times. Ramp work will be staged.
