{"id":5,"date":"2026-04-07T15:24:12","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T20:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/i39marquette\/schedule\/"},"modified":"2026-07-24T11:38:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T16:38:35","slug":"schedule","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/i39marquette\/schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"Schedule and Traffic Impacts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Page last updated<\/strong>: July 24, 2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> April 22 to September 2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anticipated work scheduled for next week: <\/strong>Crews will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finish paving asphalt in the outside driving lane and begin shouldering.<\/li>\n<li>Finish the new concrete barrier at the County D overpass.<\/li>\n<li>Complete restoration along the outside driving lane and install guardrail in the driving lane.<\/li>\n<li>Complete final pavement markings in the driving lane and place temporary markings on the ramps.<\/li>\n<li>Remove paving ramps and will finish milling the mainline at WIS 23\/82.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Traffic Impacts for the next 10 days: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current Closures\n<ul>\n<li>The outside driving lane is closed between Fawn Court and County CX\/Gail Lane and is expected to last until July 29.<\/li>\n<li>The southbound I-39 on and off ramps at WIS 23\/82 interchange closed and expected to remain closed July 23.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Upcoming Closures\n<ul>\n<li>On July 27, crews plan to close the southbound I-39 on and off ramps at WIS 82\/23 interchange and this closure is expected to last only one day.<\/li>\n<li>On July 28, crews plan to close southbound I-39 on ramp at County D and this closure is expected to last only one day.<\/li>\n<li>On July 29, crew plan to open the driving lane and close the passing lane of southbound I-39. This closure is expected to remain in place until Aug. 5.<\/li>\n<li>Tentatively scheduled for Aug. 3 is the full interchange closure for WIS 23 West\/County P including closing WIS 23 between the ramps.
