Lincoln Avenue to S. Pennsylvania Avenue &#8211; (south of the Hoan Bridge)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>Note: The Hoan Bridge will remain open with access to Carferry Drive for the duration of the project.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Proposed improvements<\/h3>\n<p>The current asphaltic pavement is experiencing longitudinal cracking and patch deterioration and requires a new riding surface. Since\u200b opening in 1999, this segment has not been rehabilitated and is nearing its 20-year service life.<\/p>\n<p>Proposed improvements during the project include roadway resurfacing, signal improvements at the intersections of Pennsylvania Avenue and Ellen Street\/Oklahoma Avenue, and repairs to existing \u200bnoise walls and fencing\u200b.<\/p>\n<h3>Schedule<\/h3>\n<p>Work began in late March and is scheduled to be complete by late September, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of this resurfacing project is to improve pavement along WIS 794 (Lake Parkway) from E.
