{"id":12,"date":"2026-01-14T13:30:05","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T19:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/67preservation\/full-project-overview\/"},"modified":"2026-02-26T11:55:20","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T17:55:20","slug":"full-project-overview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/67preservation\/full-project-overview\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Details"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This WisDOT project will make improvements to approximately 7.8 miles of WIS 67, between US 12 and WIS 59, in Waukesha and Walworth Counties.<\/p>\n<h3>Improvements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Resurface WIS 67 within project limits\n<ul>\n<li>Mill off 2 inches of existing pavement and replace with 2 inches of new asphalt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Replace beam guard<\/li>\n<li>Concrete Curb and Gutter<\/li>\n<li>Replace curb ramps in the village of Eagle to meet ADA standards<\/li>\n<li>New pavement marking and signing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Traffic Impacts:<\/h3>\n<p>Access to local businesses and residences will be maintained.<\/p>\n<p>WIS 67 will be closed to through traffic between WIS 59 and US 12. Detour will be posted utilizing US 12 and WIS 59. (see map tab for detour map)<\/p>\n<h3>Schedule:<\/h3>\n<p>Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2026 and be completed by summer 2026.
