US 141 runs concurrently with WIS 29 and Main Avenue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/141bellevue\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1454\/us141map.pdf\">View location of project on a map<\/a> (pdf)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project improvements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a resurfacing level project. Culvert repairs will help ensure proper drainage of water on the roadway. Guardrail upgrades will provide a higher level of safety should impact occur. Motorists may encounter brief delays during flagging operations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During construction at the Allouez roundabout, <strong>a three-day closure\/detour of the US 141\/Allouez Avenue roundabout will occur<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The detour directs traffic to use County JJ, I-43, and County MM.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/projects.511wi.gov\/141bellevue\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1454\/141detour.pdf\">View US 141 detour route on a map<\/a> (pdf)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Temporary business signing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Temporary business signing may be placed by filling out a WisDOT business signing permit. All temporary business signing needs approval via the permit before placement to ensure it is in a safe location and does not pose a visual distraction or traffic hazard. The temporary business signing permit is free.
